How is my data secured?
All data is coded with 128 bit. This is a common coding mechanism which is used for example in online banking.

Can is publish my certificates on my homepage?
You can embed documents which have the status “publish” directly in your homepage through the sandbox function. Amendments in the CertificationCloud© are thus available immediately on your company profile.

Can I print out my certificates?
You, and everyone who you have authorised, can print out the documents in original quality and therefore save the expensive copies. You only have to file in the appropriate format, e.g. Pdf and resolution.

Will I be informed when a certificate has expired?
Yes! You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as the certificate is cancelled or changed. In addition, you can specify the number of days you would like to be warned before the expiry date.
